Adult Program

This program is for adults, aged 18 and older,  whose drug or alcohol use is causing harm in their life.

 

You have an addiction problem  when you drink or use more than intended (impaired control) when you are preoccupied by your use, when you continue using even with the negative consequences. 

 

 

This program offers and addresses:

 

• Assessment and referral

• Relapse prevention

• Harm reduction

• Education about the physical and psychological effects of alcohol and drugs.

• Addiction related problems and how to deal with them.

• Affected emotions: anger, sadness, fear, sorrow…

• Techniques and behaviours that may have a positive effect on their life and the lives of their loved ones
